Hemos nombrado a esta tarta «para novatos» porque no puede ser más fácil y no por ello menos deliciosa.

Nuestro buen amigo Enrique Gamonal nos dio esta sencilla receta. Es propietario de la Casa de Aldea Los Gamonales, situada en la localidad de Carreño, Asturias. Un extraordinario cocinero y el mejor de los anfitriones.

Este gorro nos cautivó cuando lo vimos en un modelo para mujer y cuando la pequeña Erika nos dijo que se le había roto su gorro no dudamos en el diseño del patrón.

En esta clase vamos a ver cómo se aumenta y disminuye en la técnica de crochet. Aumentar puntos es tener en una vuelta más puntos que en la anterior y disminuir es tener menos.

La festividad de San Valentín que comenzó siendo una festividad romana, pasó a ser religiosa y en la actualidad está instaurada en la sociedad de consumo como el Día de los Enamorados y la Amistad. Fue una mujer norteamericana Esther Howland quien diseñó tarjetas de regalo con motivos románticos y dibujos de enamorados alrededor del año 1840. Vendiéndolas por unos centavos en la librería que regentaba su padre en Worcester, Massachusetts. Convirtiendo su idea en todo un éxito que perdura hasta nuestros días.

St. Valentine began as a Roman festival and then continued as a Cristian celebration.  Nowadays it is a day to celebrate Love and Friendship.  It was an American woman, Esther Howland who designed gift cards showing romantic motifs and drawings of lovers circa 1840. She sold them for pennies in the bookshop run by her father in Worcester, Massachusetts. Turning her idea into a success that endures to this day.Tarjeta-san-valentín
